On my way to the dizmas show last night I was crossing the 10th street bridge (the bridge I use to get downtown because of the 35W bridge collapse). Because of the increase of traffic across this bridge, they have added concrete barriers to guard those walking along the sidewalk. Anyways, I see this woman with full out protective gear (elbow pads, wrist guards, and a helmet) walking really funny across the bridge. Then I figured out that she was longboa
rding. Just then, I see her feet fly up in the air and her disappear behind the concrete barrier. I had to laugh, only because I know what that feels like. I have a long board, I have fallen plenty of times, with plenty of scars and hospital bills to prove it. (Please see picture)

Anyways, its my birthday today and I have a lot of great friends, it feels great outside (currently 60 degrees), the sun is shinning, finished with classes for the day, got work off, have a whole bunch of mail to open (I love mail), received plenty of phone calls and messages from great friends who can't be here (josh d., jpfink, mr. anderson, etc.) and I'm hanging out with all my good friends tonight, it's just a good day to have a birthday.
Thanks everybody!
much love.
